Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SAAR Fitness, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged or defective products.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
with proper photo or video evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
within 5–7 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items:
Used products, incorrect product selection by the customer,
and normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process:
Return or replacement will be initiated only after verification
of the reported issue and subject to stock availability.
